Yes! Naviya is 100% free to use. All features including lessons, gamification, leaderboards, and parent monitoring are available at no cost.
Each lesson contains a mix of text content, images, and questions (MCQs and short answers). You earn XP by completing lessons correctly and can track your progress in real-time.
Yes! You can navigate through lessons at your own pace. However, we recommend following the curriculum path for best learning outcomes.
Don't worry! You'll see the correct answer with an explanation. You can also retry questions to improve your understanding.
XP (Experience Points) is earned by completing lessons, answering questions correctly, and maintaining streaks. XP helps you level up and climb leaderboards.
Streaks track your daily learning consistency. Complete at least one lesson per day to maintain your streak. The longer your streak, the better rewards you'll get!
Gems can be used in the Shop to buy power-ups (like Streak Freeze, XP Boost) and cosmetics (avatar frames, badges, themes) to personalize your profile.
From the Parent Dashboard, go to 'Link Child'. You can either enter your child's link code or search by their username. Your child will need to accept the link request.
You can track your child's XP, streaks, time spent learning, subject-wise progress, accuracy, recent activities, and get weekly reports.
Yes! You can set alerts for: streak at risk, daily goal not met, low accuracy in subjects, and receive weekly summary reports.
Naviya works on all modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. We recommend Chrome for the best experience.
Yes, Naviya requires an internet connection to sync your progress, update leaderboards, and load lessons. Offline mode is coming soon!
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. For students using phone authentication, contact support. For parents, you'll receive a password reset link via email.

How do I add friends?
Go to the Friends page and search for your friends by username, or ask them to share their friend code with you. You can also see suggested friends based on your grade and board.
What are Quests?
Quests are challenges you can complete with friends. Examples include 'Topic Race' (first to complete a topic) and 'XP Challenge' (earn the most XP in a week).
How do leaderboards work?
There are 4 leaderboards: National (all India), Board (CBSE/ICSE/State), State, and Friends. Rankings are based on total XP and update in real-time.
